Cancel & Return Policy

The general return policy includes

An item may be available for return within the relevant return period if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

Is shipped in a physically damaged state
Has missing parts or accessories
Are different from what was ordered.
No longer required (not all items can qualify)

Please note that products marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned on the product information page.

All products must be returned in their original condition, as shipped to you, with price tags intact, user guide, warranty cards, original accessories and the box/packaging of the original manufacturer. Please look at the wise class of returns policy. We can deny the return pickup if the products are not returned against each category in compliance with the policy specified.
For electronic devices, please remove any personal data stored (Picture, Messages, etc.) or any changes (password, screen lock pattern, etc.) before returning the item.
Unless you “no longer need it,” certain products may not be available for return (including cases of buyer remorse such as incorrect design or brand color purchased or ordered incorrect product).
If your product’s return period has expired, we will refer you to the Brand Warranty Center (when applicable).

If your product meets the requirements, call our Customer Service at the Contact number to initiate your return. For the class you will find below, the criteria may differ. Please note that in order to initiate the return process, you must contact our customer service within the given window (Calendar days) for each product category.

FASHIONS:

If the pickup is canceled due to missing/damaged material, we will not process a replacement. If your product has come in a defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete state, it will be eligible for a free refund if the same item is available with the same vendor.
Phone and Tablet Accessories	30 Days; replace/refund Not qualified for return if the product is “no longer needed”. If your product has come in a defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete state, it will be eligible for a free refund if the same item is available with the same seller. A refund will be given if the same product is not available from the same vendor.

Networking and Internet devices, Computer accessories	If your product has come in a defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete state, it is eligible for a free refund if the same item is available from the same seller. In the absence of the same product from the same vendor, a refund will be given.
Printers, Scanners, Headphones, Speakers, Game Consoles & PC / Video Games	30 Days; replace/refund Not qualified for return if the product is “no longer needed”. If your product has come in a defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete state, it is eligible for a free replacement as long as the same item is available with the same retailer. If the same item from the same vendor is not available, a refund will be given. Games marked on the details page as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
Software	Non-refundable. Please contact the company directly for computer-related technical issues or installation problems in products belonging to the technology group.

HOME APPLIANCES AND GADGETS:

Large Appliances – Air Coolers, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave	30 Days; replace/refund Not qualified for return if the product is “no longer needed”. If your product has come in a defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete state, it is eligible for a free replacement as long as the same item is available with the same retailer. If the same item from the same vendor is not available, a refund will be given. Once installed, no return policy for AC. According to their policy, all the vendors would provide service if any problem arises.
Small Appliances – Blender & Juicer, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettles, Flask, Air Fryer, Sandwich Maker	30 Days; replace/refund Not qualified for return if the product is “no longer needed”. If your product has come in a defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete state, it is eligible for a free replacement as long as the same item is available with the same retailer. If the same item from the same vendor is not available, a refund will be given.

HOME AND LIVING:

If your product has come in a defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete state, it is eligible for a free replacement as long as the same item is available with the same retailer. If the same item from the same vendor is not available, a refund will be given. Some furniture items can only be reimbursed and cannot be replaced. A refund will be given for goods that are damaged, faulty, have missing parts or not as stated.

SPORTS, FITNESS AND TRAVEL:

If the same item from the same vendor is not available, a refund will be given. If the return policy of the individual product follows, some sports gears will be liable for return and refund.

If the same item from the same vendor is not available, a refund will be given.

BABY, TOYS, AND GIFTS:

Reason for Returning:

Delivery of a product that is damaged (physically destroyed or broken)/defective (defective or defective) condition
Delivery of a product that is incorrect (different appearance on the website)/incomplete (defective parts)
Distribution of an item that is “no longer needed” (you no longer use the product / you have changed your mind about buying / sizing a fashion product that doesn’t fit / you don’t like the product after opening the package)-eligible only for selected items.

Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed and flawless. You can try on fashion products to see if they fit that will also be considered as unused.
Original labels, user manuals, loyalty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included.
The item shall be returned in the packaging/box of the original and undamaged supplier. If the item has been shipped in the second layer of packaging, it must be returned with the return shipping label attached in the same condition. Do not put tape or stickers on the box of the manufacturer.
If an unacceptable state service is returned to us, we reserve the right to return it to you.
